If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your CBD, CBG, or THC products, you may contact us for a full refund, less shipping costs, within 30 days of the initial purchase date. We will request feedback regarding the CBD, CBG, or THC products in question in order to process the refund request properly.
Any orders shipped back without previous consent will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Provide feedback regarding your return.
3. Mail back the CBD, CBG, or THC products in question with your name and order number included.
4. A full refund will be processed once we receive your Blackhouse Botanicals CBD, CBG, or THC products.
We cannot offer a refund on any CBD, CBG, or THC products purchased from third-party websites or retailers. If you purchased our products through a third-party distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.

Refunds will not be given on defective CBD, CBG, or THC products due to personal negligence. These products should be stored at room temperature and out of reach of pets and children.

It is important to note that USPS does not guarantee the shipment of Blackhouse Botanicals CBD, CBG, or THC products in a specified time. Additionally, shipping estimates do not include processing time (the time it takes for us to pick and package your order), which can take between 1-3 business days, depending on order volume and other factors.
Priority Mail Flat Rate is a 1-3 day shipping service
Priority Mail Express is a 1-2 day expedited service
